Sumpro is built on our own casting plant and machining plant, extended to stainless-steel structural welding, precision finish machining and surface treatment — fully integrated manufacturing from blank to finished part.
Full-Process Casting Manufacturing
Casting (investment + sand) → Heat treatment (normalizing / solution / aging) → Turning → Milling → Drilling → Grinding → Inspection → Surface treatment
Castings are heat-treated first to relieve stress and refine microstructure, then precision-machined to ensure dimensional stability and material performance.
Structural Parts Manufacturing (Independent Line)
Cutting → Welding (GMAW / GTAW / laser welding / vacuum brazing) → Heat treatment (stress-relief annealing) → Machining → Inspection → Surface treatment
