Technical Documentation Center
Sumpro's technical documentation system is built on five standards frameworks — GB, ASTM, EN, JIS and ISO. It covers the material grades, technical parameters and process standards of the special-alloy castings we produce, so that design and sourcing teams can specify and verify parts against a recognised standard.
Documentation by Material Family
Stainless Steel Castings
Austenitic, duplex and martensitic stainless steel casting grades.
Standards: GB/T 2100 · ASTM A351 · EN 10283 · JIS G5121

Standards: GB/T 7233 · ASTM A802 · ISO 4990
See the quality control and testing system for the inspection flow.
Grade Cross-Reference
GB ↔ ASTM ↔ EN ↔ JIS grade equivalency lookup.
Quickly find the equivalent grade across different standards frameworks.
Cross-reference tables and per-grade datasheets are provided on request.

In-House Process Chain
Documentation is tied to the process chain we run ourselves: blank → heat treatment → machining → welding → inspection → surface treatment. Each stage has its own work instruction and record set, and inspection records are bound to heat and batch numbers for full traceability.

Documentation Available on Request
- Material Test Report (MTR) with chemical composition and mechanical properties
- Dimensional inspection report (per drawing tolerances)
- Non-destructive testing reports (UT / MT / PT / RT as applicable)
- Heat-treatment records and batch traceability package
- Quality certificates issued with the shipped batch
Applicable material grades, testing scope and acceptance criteria are agreed per order according to the relevant standard or technical agreement.
